1. The Eagle will automatically shut off after 30 minutes of
   continuous use.
2. Push power button to reset

E01 – Refill Water Tank
E03 – Refilling the boiler failed.
E05 – Descale the boiler

1) Check the circuit breaker for tripped breaker.

2) The steamer should be the only appliance plugged into the electrical outlet.

3) Are you using an extension cord? If so, Use only a 10 or 12-gauge 15AMP extension cord

You are cleaning using HIGH steam.

Reduce steam pressure to MEDIUM.

NEVER ADD CHEMICALS INTO THE TANK! Adding any form of chemicals or fragrance to the tank will void the warranty and could result in malfunction or damage to the system.
