The return process

Obtain RMA

Request Return Merchandise authorisation (RMA), via repair form. RMA number will be emailed along with a shipping label. Choose your model

Deliver to Warehouse

After arriving at the warehouse, we will inspect the damage and determine the repair cost. Please review our warranty policy in the FAQ section.

Repair

Our technicians will diligently work to restore your vacuum to its best condition. Please ensure full payment is made before the repair is done.

Back to You

After the repair process, we will promptly ship the vacuum back to you. Your patience is appreciated, and we will ensure it arrives as soon as possible.
